With Playlistmaker you can create playlists from audio files in any format: M3U, PLS, M3L, or TXT. You can also do diverse operations, like generate lists from the content of a whole folder, or join various lists into just one.
The playlists you create from this program will work in programs as diverse as Winamp, Windows Media Player, Multimedia Builder and many more. Also, once you have created a playlist you can run it in your usual player directly from Playlistmaker.
